 Our services include the formation and all aspects of start-up of corporations, limited liability companies (LLCs), partnerships, and limited liability partnerships, and their dissolution if necessary; purchase and sale of businesses; negotiation and drafting of agreements covering all business phases and scenarios; preparation of buy-sell, shareholder, and operating agreements; representation of entities and individuals in business disputes, whether in pre-litigation stages or in litigation, and in mediations and other forms of alternative dispute resolution; and legal advice on other business issues and problems. 

 Our services include representation of decedents’ estates in probate and non-probate estate administration and trust administration; representation of clients in all phases of probate court proceedings; counseling of executors, administrators, and trustees in the rules and procedures covered by the probate and trust codes; trustee services; protection and advocacy regarding beneficiary interests; probate and trust litigation, including will and trust contests and fiduciary litigation.  We advise clients in these areas of the law with compassion and patience.  We strive to take as much burden as possible off of legal representatives of estates and family members affected by the death of someone close to them. 

 Our services include counseling clients regarding estate planning and drafting comprehensive estate plans, including the preparation of revocable living trusts, wills, powers of attorney for financial and property management, advance health care directives, irrevocable trusts, community property agreements; proper funding of new trusts via real property deed transfers and personal property transfers; probate avoidance; counseling on tax avoidance or minimization and prevention of tax reassessments on property transfers; planning to minimize future family conflicts; providing guardianship recommendations/designations and asset protection for minor children; and planning for business succession.
